USD367 Facility Rentals

General Use Policies

Illegal, immoral, or socially unacceptable events will not be permitted. Tobacco, alcohol, and drug use is not permitted. Gym shoes shall be worn on gym floors. Combustible materials may not be used without special permission from Executive Director. Organizations shall clean up the areas used immediately following the activity unless prior arrangements have been made. An adequate number of adults will be required to supervise the activities. The school district may require that the organizations provide a security officer depending on the event. Only participants, adult spectators and children directly supervised by adults shall be permitted in the facilities. Facility usage may be terminated at any time for non-compliance with this agreement.

  • A facilities usage agreement must be completed 10 days prior to the event.

  • A $50 depostit is required when the request is submitted and will be applied toward balance due.

  • The rental fee must be paid in full before using facility.

  • Rental fees are based on a maximum of three hours usage. For facility usage in excess of three hours, an additional $15 per hour will be charged.

  • Person responsible must be over 18 years of age.

  • All personal property must be removed at the end of the rental.


Gym Rental:

Gyms: $20/hour per gym.

Supervisor/Custodian: $15/hour per gym.

Payment due at booking.

Karl E. Cole Field Rental:

Fields: $20/hour per field.

Supervisor/Custodian: $15/hour.

Payment due at booking.

Karl E. Cole Canopy (Only) Rental:

Canopy: $20.00 for a 1 hour rental. $15 for additional hours.

We will post a sign to reserve your spot & open restrooms. PLEASE STAY OFF BASEBALL & SOFTBALL FIELDS.

Payment due at booking.

Soccer Field Rental:

Fields: $20/hour per field.

Supervisor/Custodian: $15/hour.

Payment due at booking.
