Group Swim Lessons are typcically held in June & July and sometimes over school breaks, pending instructor availability. Register by phone, online, or in person at the Ozone. Private and Semi-Private lessons are available year round. For more information, or to enroll in private lessons, email the Aquatics Director Dave French at frenchd@usd367.org.
Parent Child:
Parents/guardians participate in the class designed for children 6 months to 24 months old to help them become more comfortable in the water. Infants and toddlers must wear snug fitting swimsuits, and swim diapers.
4 - 30 minute lessons
$25 Members, $40 Non-Members
Pre-Beginner:
Parents/guardians participate in the class designed for children 2-3 years of age. The goal of the class is for each child to begin arm and leg swimming movements, floating, breathing and water safety.

Learn-To-Swim Level 1: Beginner (Recommended ages 4 & up)
Swimmers will learn how to float on their front and back along with treading water to insure personal safety in the water. Stroke development will begin with learning how to streamline float on front and back. They will participate in games and learn water safety techniques. Once the swimmer has accomplished all the skills, he/she has the opportunity to advance to Level 2.

Learn-To-Swim Level 2: Intermediate (Recommended ages 5 & up)
Swimmers will learn essential skills such as rhythmic breathing, arm and leg placement for freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke. They will participate in games and learn water safety techniques. Once the swimmer has accomplished all the skills, he/she has the opportunity to advance to Level 3.
Summer 2022 Lessons
8 - 30 minute lessons
$50 for Member, $65 for Non-Member
Learn-To-Swim Level 3: Advanced (Recommended ages 6 & up)
Swimmers will learn how to dive, freestyle, elementary backstroke, backstroke, breaststroke, and sidestroke swim technique. They will participate in advanced games and learn water safety. Once the swimmer completes all skills, he/she will be recommended to private lessons or swim team.
Summer 2022 Lessons

$45 for Member, $60 for Non-Member
Private:
Must be at least 3 years old (If you have any questions regarding age please contact Aquatic Manager Diana Moore at moored@usd367.org)
4 - 30 minute lessons
1 person per class
$75 for Member, $100 for Non-Member
Semi-Private:
Must be at least 3 years old and both participants at same level of swimming ability. They must be able to follow instruction and hold on to the side of the pool when it is not their turn to perform swim skills.
